GRAPES: 75% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscadelle; 45 year-old vines
TASTING NOTES: Chateau Graville-Lacoste is distinguished by its high percentage of Semillon. It has aromas of peach, melon, wet stone, fresh cut grass and citrus. A classic footprint of Sauvignon Blanc supports the distinct richness of the Semillon. After chilling, let the bottle warm just a bit to allow the complexity to be expressed. This white is terrific with seafood, chicken, grilled vegetables or simply on its own.
PRODUCTION NOTES: Harvested in September. Vinification and aging in stainless steel for 6 months. Total production: 8,667 cases. Bottled unfiltered
