The Islay Highball

Try the softer side of Islay, with a twist! This cocktail is a light, balanced way to enjoy the Islay Single Malt Whiskies of Bruichladdich Distillery. 

• 1.5oz Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
• Soda
• Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10
• Ice
• Lemon for garnish

In a highball glass, add ice and 1.5oz Classic Laddie & top with soda. Using a bar spoon, float the Port Charlotte 10 over the top and garnish with lemon twist.
