Westland Hot Toddy

1 1/2 oz Westland American Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
4 oz boiling water

Combine all ingredients and garnish with a lemon slice. Cheers!
