• 1 1/2 oz. The Botanist Gin
• 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz. Fino Sherry
• 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2-5 Strawberries (halved)
• 5-7 Mint Leaves

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint leaves or halved strawberry. Enjoy!
